With executive background as Territorial Director in the beauty industry, she gained experience collaborating with global powerhouses such as Dior, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana,Shiseido, Armani. For the past six years, she has focused on brand marketing, working with entrepreneurs and companies to expand visibility, influence, and sustainable growth.

    With a career spanning New York, Paris, and Milan Fashion Weeks, Bayr has mastered the art of building stories that stick. As the co-founder of The Büro Group, he brings together expertise in PR, events, and creative direction—always with a fashion-forward lens and a pulse on culture.
